Jayden joined the University of Exeter in 2014 as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Psychology. He then joined the Medical School as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for Research in Ageing and Cognitive Health in 2020, and in 2021 joined the Exeter Clinical Trials Unit. Before moving to Exeter, Jayden was a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Physiology, Development and Neuroscience, University of Cambridge, and completed his PhD in Cognitive Psychology at Queen Mary University of London.<\/span><br \/><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Much of Jayden\u2019s research has focused on using animal models to illuminate the processes that underlie individual differences in cognition, particularly those related to human neurological and pathological disorders.
